This piece is created out of precious metal silver clay. Fine silver is ground extremely small and suspended in a binder to create clay. Working with precious metal clay allows me to shape, mold and texture before I fire it at 1650 degrees and the clay becomes beautiful silver jewelry. A fused dichroic glass heart has been inserted into the pendant with three prongs. The chain included with this pendant is a sterling silver adjustable seamed snake than can be extended up to 24".
